Our delivery will start from 9.30am until 8.30pm which the goods you ordered will be delivered to your doorstep.Once the order has been confirmed we will deliver to you within 1 hour.

RETURNS AND REFUND

If you have received faulty, damaged or different goods that we may overlooked, you may contact us immediately within 1 hour after the goods have been delivered to you.

Kindly email us at bignet.corp@gmail.com along with the image for proof or you may contact our Helpline Center at 011-71138326 for a refund. Any request after 1 hour of the delivery will not be qualified for a refund.Refund will be taken place within 72 hours after the delivery date and confirmation has been done.

The guide price is based on today's prices in our website. However, some of the prices may have changed due to the availability and weight of the product.

The guide price on the website uses an estimate weighed products such as fruits, vegetables,fisheries, chicken and meats . But what you pay will be based on the exact weight of your product during processing, so the weight may vary slightly due to cut and cleaning of excess fat/blood upon customers' acceptance of order.
